Download and Install
When you purchase a library from Audiosyncrasy, we will send you an email that includes your serial number, and a link to download our installer application.
Register a Kontakt Player Library
Copy the serial number you received to your clipboard.
Open Kontakt, navigate to the “Libraries” tab and click on “Manage Libraries.” Native Access should now launch.
Log in to your account, choose “Add a Serial” (located in the top-left corner) and paste the serial number into the window that appears.
Click on “View Products Not Installed” and navigate to the library in question
Choose “Add Library.” Native Access will prompt you to choose the folder where you installed the library.
Choose “Select Folder,” and then click “Install.”
Loading a library
Navigate to the “Libraries” tab in Kontakt, and scroll down till you find the instrument.
Add the sample library to “Quick Load” in Kontakt for maximum accessibility.
Launch Komplete Kontrol and use the browser on your hardware or software to find the library, along with countless presets.
Accelerating load times
We recommend that you perform a “Batch Re-save” after installing a new product.
Open Kontakt
Click on the floppy-disk icon
Select “Batch Re-save”
Navigate to the library folder and select it
Accessing your account
We do not save passwords for any user accounts. Enter your email address, and we will send you a temporary authentication code.
Payment types accepted
We accept credit and debit cards through Stripe’s secure payment processing. We recently discontinued our bartering program, so no more apples, please.
Storing of payment information
We do not store any payment information on our servers. We process payments through Stripe. They are audited by a PCI-certified auditor and certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1.
Educational discounts
Unfortunately, we don’t offer any educational discounts at this time.
Invoices and Serial Numbers
You can access past orders (including serial numbers) by logging into your account.
Playable demos
Regretfully we do not offer any playable demos for our libraries. On each product’s webpage, you will find multiple audio demos and walkthrough videos that should give you a thorough understanding of what you are purchasing.
System requirements
You can find the criteria for each library on its product page. As a rule of thumb, you should be running these specifications or higher:
Windows 7 (latest Service Pack, 32-/64bit), Intel Core Duo or AMD Athlon 64 CPU, 2GB RAM.
Mac OS 10.6 (latest update) or 10.7, Intel Core Duo CPU, 2GB RAM.
Multiple computers
You are allowed to install the libraries on multiple computers provided that you are the sole user. Instruments designed for Kontakt Player are subject to Native Instruments’ limitations on installations per serial number.
Using our libraries in commercial projects
You are allowed to use any of our software instruments that you purchased on commercial projects (film, TV, games, albums, etc.). You are not allowed to resell the samples themselves or any of the libraries. Please refer to our End User License Agreement.
Reselling or transferring libraries
You are not allowed to resell any of our libraries or to share them with anyone else. Your purchases are for your use alone.
Refunding libraries
At this time, we do not offer any refunds.
